    Doesn't LastI'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, however, I feel obligated to warn anyone from purchasing this brand of shoelace. Though they look great, once you figure out that the colors on the website appear a shade darker than they actually are (so order one shade darker than the color you actually want). This is what the Khaki color looks like. Unfortunately, as you can see from the photo, the laces did not stand the test of time and lasted less than 5 months before they started unraveling. These shoelaces were not subjected to rough or harsh conditions, just every day wear on casual shoes, primarily in indoor environments. It is sad, as I liked the look and actually had high hopes for these. Most other shoelaces, whether they come with the shoes or I have purchased separately, have lasted far more than a few years, and in some cases longer than the shoes.2Nice, high quality laces for a great price!Although these are thin laces meant for dress shoes, they turned out to fit the style of my navy cloth shoes just right, and actually classed them up a bit. I needed a pair of laces to replace the originals for these shoes, but couldn't find any thicker, round, soft, cloth laces like them, let alone in the right shade of beige/cream/off-white. I eventually landed on these and was very happy once I laced them up! The shade matches perfectly. They are the right length as I was expecting for the number of eyelets on these shoes. They are waxed, but don't look shiny or look or feel too stiff. You wouldn't know they were waxed just by looking at them, which is perfect for them matching these shoes. Two pairs for $8 is very reasonable and I'm happy with my purchase.5These lasted 6 weeks before significant fraying. Granted, ...These lasted 6 weeks before significant fraying. But here's the thing, they were dark brown in the picture but not dark brown in real life. I don't think my computer screen is to blame for that one.However the quality seems nice enough. I'll probably use them because I don't feel like paying for more boot laces.3Strong, but slightly larger diameter.Got these as replacement laces for my ballroom dance shoe laces that were wearing out. Quality appears to be good. Laces are slightly thicker than the original laces. They are sort of on the verge of being thick enough to be used on casual shoes. I'm used to dress laces being the diameter of cooked angel hair pasta. these are full spaghetti size, but the ends still fit through the dress eyelets though. Laces stay tied on my ballroom dance shoes so that is a good test. . Just put them on so not sure how long they last. Good color selection, I bought several pairs. If they hold up I will buy more.5Definitely not suitable for (dress) bootsDisappointed to say that, after only a month of regular use, one of the laces has already completely frayed. The outer weaved part of the lace completely frayed and broke, the inner core was intact but only time before that broke as well. I ordered these and they are firm enough laces that they don't come unlaced, and they are sturdy and long lasting.I use these laces in boots used for hiking and the laces have lasted a very long time. Have gotten many compliments. Came back and ordered more !5They're LacesI mean, it's hard to wax too eloquent. They are what they say they are, a decent pair of dress shoe laces. They're not super-super thin, which worked for us. We got these to replace the broken laces on my husband's Clarks Desert Boots, and they've worked out well and were a great length (of course we measured the original laces and went for something a tiny bit longer, since the old laces were a little on the short side.We like 'em, and they're a reasonable price. That's about as much as I can say. :)5
