These are not miracle shorts , they will do.These will not hold any jiggles in the belly. Please buy a size down if you want to have that all tucked in. Otherwise they are made well and I will wear them . I got an xl and I weigh 200 pounds. Also they are a great length. Over all nice , just not miracle suck your fat in shorts . Not compression. 4Rides upThese shorts are not very flattering, but I m not going to the gym to make a fashion statement so that s fine. The annoying part is having to adjust them after every movement to be comfortable. After every set of squats I was pulling these shorts every which way to fit as they should. And by the way, you can see a panty line but definitely not see through so you could go comando (although you d have camel toe for sure).I m going to contact the seller to see about the guarantee and maybe get my money back.For reference I m a size 26 waist, size 2/4 in dresses depending on style and usually wear petite sizes. I got a size small in the wine color. 1A little awkwardAt first I didn't think I would wear the shorts because they fit funny in some spots. However I tried them yesterday with a different shirt and they weren't as bad. I bought a large and I'm 5'8, 165 pounds. 4The way they're built creates a camel toe for you whether you actually have one or notI loved everything else about these shorts; they're white but not see-through, very soft, fit like a glove (typically "workout" clothes look painted on, which is not what I'm going for) and were long enough to not ride if I'm running the treadmill. The only and fatal flaw is the way they're built; any clothing made of spandex-like fabric should have a gusset in the crotch, not a center seam. If bikini bathing suits and boyshort underwear can pull this off, why can't the makers of athletic wear do it too? I was fully prepared to buy a half-dozen of these shorts if not for this one but key drawback. I'd post a photo to help future shoppers but the point is to NOT have people staring at my crotch. 4they are great. Tummy controlThe order arrived sooner than expected. These shorts are soft and fit well, although not much for tummy control as they are described. If you are looking for a breathable soft yoga/work our short, they are great. Tummy control, not so much! 3Great pair of shortsThese shorts were comfortable, didn't ride up on me and are a nice quality for the money. The color purple looked like the purple in the picture. Totally worth it, I'll buy another pair. 5Great fit!Fit great and really comfy. Actually feels like I am wearing nothing ! 5ComfortableThe quality of the short is good. Material nice and soft to the touch and on the body. As mentioned in other reviews, the front crotch area is less than flattering, so I deducted stars for that. I didn't return since I found a solution to that one unflattering area. I use a thin panty liner to smooth out the front so the seam doesn't pull up in the crotch area. In addition, pull down the legs so they aren't bunched in that area. Those two things made the shorts look presentable for a mixed gender exercise class. As I exercised the shorts shift slightly in the problem area, but when finished, just pull the legs down toward the knee.I found the waist a little big for the size and not "compression" or "tummy control". However, I wasn't really needing those features. I wanted a fitness short for boot camp classes that wasn't tight and looked nice with the NEVA tops I purchased from Amazon. This shorts are a nice pairing to the NEVA tops and holds the waist of the shorts in place. I recommend buying these shorts and the NEVA top for a nice finished fitness look for yoga, exercise, or other type fitness class.I purchased XL only because I don't like my fitness shorts tight. I weigh 180 and although loose, they weren't too loose or binding.One comment, I'm tall (5'8") and the leg of the shorts was perfect for me, but might be long for someone petite. 3Great workout shortsPerfect length for me. They are on the short side but enough length that they don't ride right up into my crotch and look like boy shorts. Waistband is not too tight. They do not provide "tummy control" if that is what you are looking for but they are soft and comfy and perfect for me. I am 5'6", 140 with a straight waist and thick thighs, I bought a size L because I don't like things tight on my waist and L was perfect. 5These are so comfortable and almost perfect for the fellow runner looking for stay-put short shorts!I'm super pleased with these shorts. I bought them because I don't have thigh-gap and therefore have issues with running shorts riding up the crouch when walking or running. I'm 5' 2" and tend to wear size 6, putting me on the S/M cusp. I went with mediums and they fit perfectly! They're very soft and comfortable to lounge in. It's my first pair of shorter compression shorts and these are longer for short shorts. I'm glad that my butt doesn't hang out from the bottom and they still are plenty high on the thigh. I will say that they still road up a little when I ran intervals in them but it wasn't too bad and the back side stayed put. The color is great and the little pocket is perfect for a house key. If you are looking for a shorter running short and have the thigh issue, these are great. Not perfect, but still great. You won't regret how comfortable they are! 5
