    Great CompressionI had a grade 3 ankle sprain with fully torn ligaments. When I started my therapy, I bought these and I was able to do all my exercises without any fear of further twisting. Do not wash it in warm water and do not put it on for longer hours. Take a break by removing the sleeve, dip you ankle in warm water for few mins mixed with epsom salt and use it again. I d prefer not to use the sleeve at night. 5This a great company to do business withThis a great company to do business with. The first pair I received were too large and Gonicc is sending me a smaller pair. I don't even have to bother with sending back the too large pair. The sleeves seem to be very heavy duty and should work out great. The 2 straps add as much support as you need. Thank you Gonicc for such great service. 5Buy these. Read my review and you'll know why.Excellent product. My ankles feel weak when I swing aggressively at golf. These add the support I need without being cumbersome. Use just the sock portion for a good support. Add the elastic strap bands for even more support and use the amount of tightness you want or need. Very strong velcro will not weaken during exercise. I have used them for about two weeks for golf and weight training and like the confidence they provide. In a golf or running shoe I don't feel them. I know they are there but totally forget about them even after hours or a full 18 holes. I'm glad I chose these from all the available choices and would certainly buy them again. 5Good Product for the moneyThey run a little small. I ordered a medium and wear a size 8.5. Don't attach the straps to the sleeves...it gets stuck and ruins the sleeves. Otherwise I like the support they give. I have a bad case of plantar fasciitis and these have helped a lot by reducing pain and swelling. 4It works!!I have injured my right ankle a few months ago. There are times when walking or going up and down the stairs hurt my foot. I used to run, walk and hike as my exercise but after the injury I can't anymore. I tried this and now I am able to go back to walking and running. I also wear it on a daily basis . Little by little I feel like myself again 5... heart is weak and not pumping sufficiently to have good circulation in the feetThese were for an aging relative who's heart is weak and not pumping sufficiently to have good circulation in the feet. The result is fluid collection and swelling. I use to apply gentle compression while she sleeps, It works, pushing the fluid back up the leg, also aided by gravity. Gravity alone does not work as well. During the day I just use the straps to change the pressure points depending on the swelling. Its important not to keep these on for too long with such a patient...they do need natural circulation, such as it is. 5Great buyGood product. Works well. My daughter has Achilles tendonitis in both ankles and this braces seems to help a little. I will say the loose straps have the strongest Velcro I've ever seen. The compression socks fit tight like they are suppose to. She can't wear them too long because they hurt but the straps in the right spot help eliminate some pain. Just make sure you buy these for the right reason so they will do the job. I like them and I love how you get TWO pair with one purchase. 4helped my painful ankle in soccer playCame back from my Sunday soccer game, even I wish I could play soccer for good but cannot beat age, my knees and ankles pain after games and become weaker, so I purchased this foot & ankle braces, they indeed help to relieve the pain and stabilize my ankles! They are not very bulky and no problem fitting in my soccer cleats. Overall it s a great buy. 5Fantastic for karate, 5k trainingI have Achilles' tendonitis from fibromyalgia/autoimmune conditions, favouring that ankle due to sciatica caused by piriformis syndrome, and just generally being an idiot and overusing/overextending the ankle anyway because I refused to give up karate. I have started addressing the other issues, but my Achilles' tendon just isn't as strong as it should be (I have a very hard time even doing tiptoe or sometimes going up and down stairs) and needs the additional support. This sleeve and compression wrap works. It offers the support I need to rotate that foot into my kicks without acute pain or continuing to stress the tendon. Likewise, it fits perfectly into my sneakers so I can comfortably train for a run/walk 5k. Stabilizing my ankle so securely has made a huge difference in my overall form (we forget that pain in one small area can cause imbalance in the rest of the body) and is boosting my athletic progress. I will definitely order this again when I need to. 5Improved mobilityHave been waiting to see if it was a fluke. To simply walk around a supermarket means/ meant loading up on strong painkillers with a small window of mobility. Anti inflammatory meds cannot be used long term so using codiene and paracetamolI used the ankle brace, and for the first time in years went a whole day without pain killers, this has been repeated now since i ordered the larger size as I can tolerate wearing for longer periods - they are really powerful. The stabilising effect seems to have improved knee pain as well!Improvements (if poss) would be transparent so that They could be worn with shorts! I am very grateful for effects so far.In summary: fab product, get larger than you need so that you can wear for longer 5
