Nice, would prefer smaller optionI have been looking for good towels to use at the gym. These looked really good, but there are multiple pulls in the fabric after the first wash. I'm quite disappointed in this poor quality given the price I paid.**Update 10/5/17**Seems like the first set I received may have been from a bad batch. The company quickly sent me a replacement set and I have had no further issues with pulls or holes. The towels work well in absorbing sweat & are softer than some of the other microfiber towels I have tried in the past. The towels are fairly big, if they offered a set around 1/2 the size, these would be perfect. 4Towels that grab the sweat and look great!Great towels! The loop is great for hanging them to dry after a workout. They are soft and absorbent. Plenty long so they can stay around my neck. The colors are great since they are obviously not my gym s. :) They don t have to be washed every time so it s nice to have two. I sweat a LOT so it s nice to have a towel and not just sweat all the way out of the gym after finishing my workout, especially when I stop at the cafe. (I m 5 11 so the picture gives you an idea of length.) 5These are great workout towelsThese are great workout towels. They were a little larger than I expected but that turned out to be a benefit as I can cover the bench easily if needed. The clothes stay relatively scent free even after use which is nice so you arent wiping your face with a nasty smell. I never noticed any feeling of dampness from the clothe no matter how long my workout was. I may even purchase more in the future if these should happen to wear out.5Good absorbency instead of smearingLOVE this material! Soft enough but especially, absorbent enough rather than smearing sweat around over my skin. Light weight. I would like to change the dimensions - instead of a bit long and skinny I think my ideal size would be more like ~18" wide and maybe 1/2 the length these are. But love the material enough I'm not taking off a star for that! Also I haven't checked yet to see if maybe they actually do offer different sizes. 5Good stuff, I bought the 2 packGood stuff, I bought the 2 pack. There are 2 towel choices at my gym, full size for showers and smaller for the workouts. The smaller are finefor wiping off your brow or the machines, I like these because they cover a larger portion of the benches, etc and are still narrow unlike a full bath towel (who wants to carry that around?) the 2nd one I'll leave in my car to use after a hike or bike ride, folds up small and fits anywhere. No smell on mine, fine product far as I'm concerned didn't want or expect a regular towel this will suit my needs just fine. 5Super-absorbent - great towel!I purchased these towels as an alternative to the traditional terry-type that are bulking and often slide off from my fitness machine during use. Not only are they lightweight and big enough to drape over the controls, these towels are also super-absorbent and dry quickly. I would rate them with five stars were it not for the instructions stating they should air dry. If I were washing them by hand, this would not be a problem; but as I would most-likely throw them in with other laundry, it would prove difficult to remember to separate them after washing and imagine heat-drying would ruin the towels rather quickly. For now, I'll hand wash and continue to enjoy these terrific towels! 4compact towel; great absorptiongot these for my husband for father's day. He likes them a lot. He does jiujitsu every day after work and having a compact towel that absorb well and dries quickly is essential for him. This one does the job; great for the pool too. We'll take it on camping trips as well. You get two towels in the package which seems a great deal. Just make sure to read the measurements; it's not a bath towel size. oh, and the fabric does feel very nice.5favorite gym towelsI ordered these towels and a set of the microfiber towels for the gym to try both out and see which I like best. My first impression was disappointment when they sent me an e-mail giving specific wash/dry instructions that would mean I can't dry on high heat, use fabric softener, etc. That was not in the description that I remembered and I don't have time to baby my gym towels - I just want to wash and dry with everything else. I sent them an e-mail back with my disappointment with those instructions. They replied very quickly and stated I could dry them on high heat and use fabric softener. Once received, I'm really pleased with these towels. They are so much nicer than the microfiber towels. They are absorbent and soft and they wash and dry completely fine with everything else. I've washed them many times and there's no fraying or pilling. They are long so perfect for any workout. They are especially awesome for spinning where you can wrap it around your neck and still have room on the ends to wipe your face. Love these towels and plan to order more (and get rid of the micro fiber ones). Thanks for a great product!Updated: have been using these towels regularly for over two years now and they are holding up really well. No wear showing despite the fact that I don t baby them in the laundry and I use and wash each of them a couple times a week. Still my favorite towels and just ordered a couple more. 5Second Order; best gym towels; perfect size, weight, for gym and gym bagUpdate; I re-ordered a second set of these excellent gym towels as the first set has performed better than expected; the seller got them to me in record time (order placement to delivery- one day). These are my ultimate fav gym towel and I will order more. First review still applies: I use these towels in the gym as a sweat and germ barrier on weight lifting benches and other equipment; their size is perfect for this use. I do not use them as a sweat towel on my body, but they are soft and will likely work well for that purpose. The towel size is also perfect for the gym bag, light weight, small size fits well into gym bag. The initial valuation of the quality is high and will hopefully stay high for at least 3-6 months. Excellent price for an excellent product. 5Best workout towel I've foundI bought three different towels to try and these are by far my favorite. The are super light and almost eerily absorbent...to the point that 3 seconds spent toweling off my hair after getting out of the lake and you almost couldn't tell I'd ever been swimming. I could easily dry off my suit and walk inside without dripping everywhere. They are narrow-ish compared to the length but I find that allows the towel to be easily worn around the back of my neck and over my shoulders. They've been washed 3-4 times each so I cannot really speak to long-term durability, but I do wish they made a more full-sized version for more involved use, like as a beach towel. 5So far, so goodUpon receipt of my new towels, I washed them separately without any fabric softener (although the instructions state that it is ok to use if used sparingly, so I ll probably try that on the next washing to compare). I dried them on low, and they seemed to hold up well and keep their shape. The only thing that bummed me out was that the bright white trim immediately became dingy white trim, but it isn t anything I can t work through with my therapist. I m a chick, but I can sweat like a man. I tend to break a sweat simply bending over to tie my shoelaces, so just imagine what an actual workout looks like. Fortunately for my new towels though, I ve fallen off the wagon with regard to exercising and have yet to put them to the ultimate test at the gym, but I can say I ve been putting them to good use every time I step outside in these brutal summer months in Tennessee. 5Perfect for workoutsI waited a couple months to review, and I am really pleased with these towels. Each one is long enough to cover the back of workout equipment, or each can cover a full bench. The trim around the towel and the texture makes them feel high quality, comfortable, and clean. These are a perfect size to carry around during a workout at the gym or home, but I would not recommend these for full body drying like after a shower as they may be too small for that much water. I will purchase more and would them give as a gift for anyone needing a nice workout towel.5Big workout towelThis towel is quite a bit larger than a typical workout towel. At first I was worried it would be too big. But the length means you can hang it over equipment without it falling off. Washes and dries very well. To keep absorbency, don't use fabric softener.5Great towelsThis is a really nice set of workout towels at a great price point. The length is a perfect size for going over the backs of equipment with a lot to spare.I've been using it for a week and washed it once when it came in. It held up well in the wash, where I've had other microfiber towels start to come apart. The stitched edges are great, I usually look for this in my car towels as well.One feature I really like is the added loop in the center of one side to hang dry it. With good microfiber towels you really want to avoid high heat when drying as it can ruin them. I typically wash all my microfiber towels together to avoid it collecting lint and debris from other garments or towels and will either dry them together on a low setting or, with these, will hang dry them.So far after one week I really am pleased with this purchase and will update this review if anything changes later on. 5I used to use hand/face towels for gymOn arrival these towels had a certain smell, not bad or anything, kind of like a detergent and lysol smell; or like clothes you've packed away for while.The smell disappeared pretty quickly after I hand washed and hung dried the towels. The towel itself dries up pretty quickly. A couple twists and squeezes, then I hung dried them in my room with minimal sunlight and it was already done in under 5 minutes.Two is perfect, one to lay onto machines at the gym and the other for your skin. It absorbs a good amount of sweat and its barely visible. It doesn't really darken the fabric either.I would definitely recommend this product for purchase, especially if you were like me who used hand/face towels; the light and absorbent fabric and the ease of cleaning it is a major upgrade.5
